This course, How to Not Stink at Safety, is designed for people with responsibility for safety but who have little, to no training. Its also for those individuals with formal training who feel like their safety program is lacking. Topics of discussion include the roles of management, supervisors and employees, along with safety committees and OSHA in your safety program. Another topic of discussion is the key components to a safety program along with the common pitfalls, how to change your safety culture and how to manage that change. We also discuss meaningful safety metrics and how to affect sustained growth within your safety program.
