As the Director of EHS Services for Cardinal Compliance Consultants, Chadwick leads client-facing environmental, health, and safety (EHS) programs across a range of industries. He brings hands-on industrial hygiene experience from his previous role at O-I Glass, where he led global industrial hygiene programs. Additionally, he has broad EHS experience implementing EHS management systems, supporting greenfield site startups, and managing research and development (R&D) facilities.

Chadwick holds a Master of Science in Occupational Health and the Graduate Safety Practitioner (GSP) designation. His background includes regulatory compliance, exposure assessment, and program development in complex manufacturing environments, giving him a practical, plant-floor perspective that he brings to every client’s engagement.

Chadwick is passionate about helping organizations build EHS programs that are both compliant and genuinely protective of their workforce.
