As the Vice President of Environmental Health and Safety (EHS) at Cardinal Compliance Consultants, Michaela is dedicated to enhancing not only our clients’ safety and compliance strategies but also the internal management of our business. Michaela is dedicated to partnering with our clients to ensure their needs are not only met but consistently exceeded. By building strong relationships, she focuses on providing practical, realistic, and compliant solutions tailored to each client’s unique challenges. Internally, Michaela is dedicated to cultivating a workplace culture that embodies Cardinal’s Core Values while promoting continuous education and growth for our team of EHS professionals. Her focus is on empowering individuals to enhance their skills and knowledge, ensuring that everyone at Cardinal feels supported in their professional development journey.

Since joining Cardinal in 2017, Michaela has committed herself to advancing her expertise in occupational safety, earning her Bachelor of Science in Occupational Safety and Health and Certified Safety Professional (CSP) certification. Michaela’s experience spans both general industry and construction, equipping her with the insights necessary to navigate the complexities of EHS effectively.

Outside of work, Michaela loves hanging out with her husband and 2 daughters. She enjoys spending time with friends and family, being an aunt, hiking, traveling and cheering on the Detroit Lions and Michigan State!
