As the owner of Cardinal Compliance Consultants, Rich is responsible for the overall management and strategic vision of Cardinal. Rich is a results-driven leader dedicated to ensuring that our clients’ needs are met and delivering a high-quality, value-added environment, health, safety, and engineering solution.

Rich began his journey with Cardinal in 2014 but has over 30 years of experience as an EHS professional in the hazardous waste, construction, manufacturing, and government contracting worlds. “My favorite part about Cardinal is the incredible staff. Their dedication to the EHS profession is inspiring and I continue to learn from them daily.”

Outside of work, Rich enjoys spending time with his wife Heidi, and spoiling their fur babies. Together, they have 1 son, 3 daughters, 2 granddaughters, a son in law and daughter in law. He loves cooking for his family and enjoying the great outdoors, especially the Boundary Waters or the wildlife in the backyard.
