As the Director of Business Development, Zac returns to Cardinal after roughly six years, bringing with him a wealth of additional experience in Environmental, Health & Safety (EHS) consulting, staffing, and operations management. He re-joins the team with an even broader perspective on how to help organizations improve compliance, reduce risk, and strengthen workplace safety cultures.

Zac’s leadership abilities cultivate strong relationships with both new and longstanding partners. By combining his operations expertise with a deep understanding of client needs, he creates growth strategies that not only expand market presence but also strengthen trust and loyalty. His ability to align regulatory requirements with practical, results-driven solutions ensures that every partnership is built on value, reliability, and long-term success.

He thrives on networking, nurturing trust, and identifying opportunities where EHS solutions create measurable value across industries. Backed by a master’s degree in EHS, he combines academic expertise with hands-on industry knowledge to ensure those solutions are well-rounded and effective.

Outside of work, you can find him on his family’s farm just outside of town with his wife and son—or cheering on the University of Michigan in all sports on the weekends.
